This is our favorite step! Tell us about your lifestyle, your interests, and your family. Talk to us about your design style, what you dislike, and what you love. Together, we’ll create a home design that will meet your needs now and in the future, all the while staying within your budget.
3. PRICING
Thanks to our cost-plus contracts, you’ll see each cost as it comes in. If a bid comes in too high? You’ll see it and we can get another bid. Due to our incredibly transparent system and software, you’ll be completely confident in the true cost of your home.
